M72 Yugo RPK Carbine custom-built by M-13 Industries, this rifle is crafted from an original Yugoslavian M-72 RPK parts kit, retaining its authentic, original barrel. Every part has been meticulously cleaned and inspected for any signs of excessive wear or damage. We chose a top-quality Morrissey receiver, expertly prepared for seamless installation of all components, which were riveted in with precision using AK Builder rivets.
The original barrel has been expertly cut down to 16 inches, transforming this rifle into a powerful carbine-style RPK. We recalibrated the bipod legs to complement the new barrel length, ensuring functionality and balance.
Headspace was rigorously checked and adjusted to guarantee long-lasting reliability. Following a successful 30-round test fire, the rifle was meticulously disassembled, cleaned, and stripped to raw metal before undergoing a Parkerizing treatment that provides a robust, authentic finish. An ALG trigger was installed, along with a shortened cleaning rod and retainer plate, completing the build with excellence.
This rifle is offered with a 30-round magazine, where legally permitted.
