Shipping Information

So you want to send in your firearm to the shop to get some much needed work done and you have questions on how to do that. Here are the specs to help you on your happy journey to getting the most bad ass firearm in the game:

Option 1: You can ship your rifle to us directly. If you send it in we can ship it back to you directly. Make sure you use a good quality box.

Q:Why not just reuse that Amazon box you have laying around?
A: Well, a box is really only good for one way on a shipment. Have you seen how UPS and FedEx move boxes? Kicking and throwing are an Olympic sport there!

Remember this is your money you are shipping so protect it.

Q: Where can I get wicked good boxes that will fit a big ass rifle tho??
A: You can get good boxes at Uhaul and Home Depot that are big enough for rifles or parts kits. Use paper or bubble wrap to wrap and pad the firearm so there is no movement once the box is closed.
For AK style rifles, wrap the charging handle with some additional padding to keep it from poking through the side of the box and tearing out. Foam and cardboard work great for this as layers.

Q: Once you get the firearm in the box, what next?
A: Well, you need to let us know: Who you are and what you want done!
1. Please fill out our Custom Gunsmithing Request Form, print it and include it inside the box with your contact info so we can get in touch with you. This will make it a lot easier to know who sent us what, what to do with it and how to best get that started.
2. Time to tape up the box. Make sure you wrap it in a good amount of packing tape to ensure that it can not pop open and spill your project all over the back of a delivery truck. Using the “H” pattern of tape closing technique is the best to ensure no loose flaps.
3. Next put a label on the box with our address and your return address in case of any issues. Head on down to UPS or Fedex and ship it on over to us.
4. We suggest that you insure the shipment in the off chance anything happens to damage it or the package gets stolen by trolls under a bridge.

WE GOT THE BOX! HAZAAAH!

When your project arrives here, we will need a day to check it in and photograph everything. We will then send you a email with a confirmation of the shipment’s arrival, as well as any missing or mismatched parts.

Option 2: You can have it transferred through a FFL but if you send it through a FFL we must send it back to a FFL.
Contact your local FFL for instructions on how they get this done.

If you have any questions on this process, feel free to contact us and we can guide you through the process to ensure it to be as stress free as it can be.
